Juris Design™ is the first global business model built exclusively on the Legal Design Thinking (LDT) methodology, officially published on 24 August 2025. We do not view law only as a norm, but as an operating system. From the synergy of criminal forensics, ESG/CSRD regulation and design logic, the Juris Design Methodology™ was created, and from it the proprietary Evidence Architecture™ and the first legal operational instrument PROOFA™ Global Defensibility Suite, designed for clients across the EU, UK, USA and the Balkans.

Mesuda Đečević is a pioneer in the application of LDT in the region and the creator of the first global LDT business model. She built her decades of expertise through specific international standards:

Juris Design™ is a brand under which attorney Mesuda Đečević unifies IP methodology and legal practice. It is not a legal entity. The business model was published on 24 August 2025.

A legal-forensic methodology published in 2025. It is based on forensic standards of provability – not regulatory compliance. It builds an evidence structure applicable in administrative, regulatory and criminal proceedings. The applicable framework depends on the relevant jurisdiction and specific circumstances.

A licensed legal operational instrument based on Evidence Architecture™. It is not a software product – it is filled out, signed and archived. Available as Single Entity, Enterprise and Advisory Licence. Terms available upon request.

For companies in Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the instrument is applicable in the context of contractual requirements of EU partners and conditions of access to the EU market. There is no direct application of EU sanctions – exposure is indirect and occurs through contractual and market mechanisms. The instrument also applies to non-EU companies with annual revenue above 150M EUR in the EU with at least one large subsidiary or listed entity in the EU.

PROOFA™ provides a structured evidentiary architecture that documents compliance with contractual requirements of EU partners – even when the company is not a direct CSRD subject. The instrument builds an evidence structure that meets the standards applied by EU companies to their supply chains.

Omnibus I Directive (EU) 2026/470, effective from 18 March 2026, changes thresholds and timelines for CSRD and CSDDD application. ISSA 5000 is a new international standard for sustainability report assurance that replaces previous audit standards from 15 December 2026. Both changes directly affect the scope of obligations and assurance standards – including indirectly companies in EU supply chains.
