Mesuda Đečević is a lawyer and innovator on a mission. She graduated in International Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, and gained experience in state institutions, the NGO sector, and private business.

Driven by the belief that law must be human-centered, Mesuda is a pioneer of Legal Design Thinking in Montenegro and Southeast Europe. This approach transforms the complexity of law into clear, intuitive solutions, making justice accessible to everyone.

Her expertise is supported by numerous specializations:
