Mesuda Đečević is a lawyer and innovator on a mission. She graduated in International Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, and gained experience in state institutions, the NGO sector, and private business.

Driven by the belief that law must be adapted to people, Mesuda is a pioneer of Legal Design Thinking in Montenegro and Southeast Europe, as well as the creator of the first LDT business model on a global level.

Her expertise is supported by numerous specializations:

  • International Criminal Law (Pharmaceutical crime and the MEDICRIME Convention, Extradition, Interpol)
  • Business law (Business and Human Rights)
  • Intellectual property (WIPO, PatentX, Harvard)
  • Human Rights (Data Protection & Privacy, Refugee Human Rights)
