Foreigners’ rights
The legal system for foreigners, including international and temporary protection, is often burdened with bureaucracy, complex procedures, and uncertainty. For an individual, this can be an intimidating process. Our approach uses Legal Design Thinking to transform this system into a clear, empathetic, and transparent process, turning the legal struggle into an understandable and dignified path.
Our goal is not only to guide you through the procedure but to provide you with all the tools to understand each step, reduce stress, and actively participate in protecting your rights.
1. Diagnostics and first contact phase
Everything begins with understanding your unique situation, emphasizing empathy and transparency.
Visual “roadmap”: During the first consultations, we create a visual “roadmap” for your case. This map, through simple graphics, shows all key phases of the procedure (e.g., submission, interview, decision, appeal), required documents, deadlines, and potential outcomes. This transforms an abstract process into a tangible plan.
Interactive questionnaire: We help you prepare your story and evidence in a structured and simple way, using questionnaires designed to focus on key information rather than bureaucratic formulations.
2. Design and application phase: designing a stress-free process
Once the strategy is set, our task is to make the application process as simple as possible.
Document design: Preparing applications for international protection (asylum), temporary protection, or residence permits is complex. We do not merely fill out forms; we design a complete document “package” that is logically organized, complete, and legally flawless.
Visual instructions: We provide simple visual instructions (e.g., what to bring to the interview, where to appear, how to dress), giving you a sense of security and readiness.
3. Management and monitoring phase: designing transparency
Waiting for a decision is the most stressful part. Our goal is to reduce uncertainty.
Digital portal: We provide access to a secure online portal where you can track the status of your application in real time, receive notifications of new steps, and review all documentation.
Clear communication: We regularly inform you about the procedure using plain language, without legal jargon, explaining each step and possible delays.
4. Defense and integration phase: designing the legal fight
If your application is rejected, our advocacy does not stop.
Designing the appeal process: If faced with a negative decision, we do not just deliver legal text for the appeal. We design a “map of arguments” that visually explains the legal and factual bases of your appeal, making you an active participant in the process.
Support in integration: We assist with various procedures that accompany life in a new country, such as recognition of qualifications, obtaining work permits, and registration for social benefits.
Our mission: what you gain with the Legal Design approach
In the area of foreigners’ rights, our mission is to make law not a barrier but a tool to regain control over your life. Through transparency, empathy, and strategic design, we empower you to overcome challenges, protect your rights, and begin a new life with dignity.
